When the weight becomes noise

You do not need another generic piece of advice.

You need space to understand what is happening. You also need a way forward without becoming lost in overanalysis.

01

Pressure that never switches off

Your body remains on alert. Your thoughts keep returning to the same scenarios.

02

Decisions without a clear horizon

Every option appears costly. Experience alone does not always reduce uncertainty.

03

Relationships that exhaust you

Boundaries become blurred. Difficult conversations turn into silence, tension or defence.

The Human Compass approach

First, we establish where you are. Then, we choose your direction.

I do not view a person apart from their environment. We examine thoughts, emotions, behaviour and the real demands of life together.

“I will not simply tell you what to do. We will work so that you understand what is directing you.”
  1. 01

    Mapping

We define the concern and its context. We separate what is urgent from what is important.

  2. 02

    Pattern recognition

We identify what triggers the response. We examine what maintains it.

  3. 03

    Reframing

We test more accurate interpretations. We reduce the force of automatic conclusions.

  4. 04

    Focused action

We turn clarity into small actions. We evaluate what works in practice.

Psychological support and counselling

Two fields. One shared principle.

Support is adapted to the actual concern. A ready-made solution is not applied to everyone.

01

Anxiety, stress and panic attacks

Understanding triggers. Working on the responses that sustain the cycle of distress.

02

Burnout and occupational pressure

Restoring boundaries and functioning. Reconsidering how you carry responsibility.

03

Anger, conflict and communication

Recognising the critical point before escalation. Communicating clearly without losing your position.

04

Self-awareness and personal direction

Exploring values, motives and repeated choices. Planning meaningful next steps.

Individual online sessions last 50 minutes. Home visits last 90 minutes.

For high-responsibility organisations

Human performance is not improved with slogans.

It improves when the system helps people detect risk early, communicate clearly and recover after error.

04

Frequently asked questions

Before your first contact.

Clarity begins before the session. Here you will find the essential information.

What happens in the first session?

We begin with your concern and the circumstances that affect it. We agree an initial practical goal without rushing towards easy explanations.

Can I attend sessions online?

Yes. Online sessions take place by secure video call and last 50 minutes.

Are home visits available?

Yes, subject to availability and prior agreement. A home visit lasts 90 minutes.

Do you use one approach for everyone?

No. Support is adapted to the concern and the person’s context. No single method is presented as a ready solution for every person.

What should I do during an urgent mental health crisis?

This website and scheduled sessions are not emergency services. Contact 112 or the nearest emergency health service immediately.

The next step

You do not need to have all the words yet.

It is enough to know that something needs to change. We can begin there.
